How to Choose a Session Length

30-minutes

This session is intended as a follow-up to a longer session. It is for established clients working on a specific issue. The time is spent addressing one area of the body. In this session, the client is usually clothed.

60-minutes

60-minutes is an adequate amount of time for an issue-focused session or for a full-body session. If you need a bit of focus work in an area (or two), consider a 75-minute or 90-minute session so that those specific areas receive enough attention.

75-minutes

75-minutes is the session for a full-body massage and some focus work in one area of the body.

90-minutes

90-minutes is perfect for all combinations: a full-body with or without a specific request for focus work in one or more areas. It is also ideal for addressing multiple areas and/or issues only.
